We currently ship only to UK (domestic) and EU/EEA (International) countries.
UK domestic shipping
Orders are processed the following business day, unless an item is being pre-ordered or back-ordered. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after processing. For bespoke products, despatch times may vary depending on the size of the order and our current workload. We aim to despatch bespoke items within 3 working days.
If you have ordered an item that is not available or is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. Once your order is despatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number.
International shipping
Expected arrival date is approximately 10-14 days from the shipped date.
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside on, upon delivery.

All international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees, which are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer or recipient upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees prior to completing your purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
RETURNS
ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER/BESPOKE (Exclusions Apply)
We offer store credit or exchanges on full-price, unworn, unused, and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receiving your online order. Items returned for exchange or credit must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. At this time, refunds are not available for made-to-order items unless the item cannot be made.
Special Terms for Fragrance and Ceramic cups:
For fragrances and Ceramic cups, we offer refunds within 14 days of receipt, these must be unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Additionally, all sales are final on sale merchandise, private sales, markdowns, body products, crochet bikinis, and cosmetics.
International Returns:
We do not cover return shipping costs or duty reimbursement for international purchases.
Final Sales After 14 Days:
All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. Store credits or exchanges will be processed promptly upon receipt of the item. We reserve the right to deny store credits or exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
We offer free UK returns
If you would like to proceed with a return or exchange, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to hello@alchemestudio.com within 14 days of receipt.
For International returns, you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Alcheme Studio ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
